‘Pupils come willingly to school and attend regularly. They engage well with any new learning and take pride in their work. Pupils are kind and considerate to one another. Older pupils show support in the playground to younger children. Leaders ensure that pupils are safe…The school is the hub of the village community and valued greatly.’

Ofsted December 2019 – ‘Kennall Vale continues to be a good school’

School Closure Notice – January 5th – March 8th 2021

In line with Government policy, Kennall Vale is open only to children of Critical Workers and other specified categories as identified by the Government.  Parents falling within these categories must contact Miss Pym to add their child to the school’s Critical Worker register. All families identified will be contacted on Friday mornings between 0900 and 1200 to confirm the register for the following week. The letter to families falling within this category can be found here:Letter to Families – Critical Workers.

Families who are accessing Remote Learning will be in daily contact with the Class teacher via Tapestry (Reception) and Class Dojo (Yr 1 – 6). Teachers will use these platforms to deliver feedback and keep in touch. Families will be directed to the Remote Learning resources that are embedded on the school website’s front page. This is on the right hand side of the front page you are viewing now.

We will be keeping you update to date with any changes as they occur.

Many thanks,
